We will be moving into our new Hartford,KY facility January '08. With over 11,000 square feet, it is located at 552 State Route 69 in the city limits of Hartford. Between Paducah and Hartford, we now have over 17,000 square feet under roof and approx. 2-acres of outside yard storage developed with potential of 2-acres more. |

Construction Site Services' 6,000 square foot warehouse with 16 ft. eaves. The warehouse is now completely insulated. We are awaiting the antenna mount that will allow you (and us) to use our cell phones inside the warehouse. Included in the warehouse is approx. 600 sq. feet of office space and two restrooms. By spring '06 we plan to fence the side lot. Most of the inventory will be stored inside and out of the weather. |

| Master Meter's new DIALOG 3-G Drive By AMR meter | |

CSS is a distributor for Master Meter. Pictured is their Dialog 3-G Drive By wireless water meter. This is the only water meter that has the RF transceiver completely enclosed under the glass. We recently tested this meter in the harsh environment of the wet meter pits that are so prevalent in Kentucky because of our clay soil and the vicinity of the rivers of our geographic area. Under 15" of water with a double cast iron lid on top, the meter gave a 77% signal which was plenty for the Drive-By receiver to read. It has data logging capabilities to let you know how each individual water meter is registering. It will warn you on above and below average uses. It will report negative flows and report that usage also! Please call 270-443-1759 for a consultation. We will be happy to demonstrate within your pit setting environments. Many of our AMR meter reading systems to date have not been acceptable under cast iron covers and or total water covered environments. This was taken on Jan. 29, 2006 outside the Playa Grande Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. It was a plush resort with all amenities. As we walked down the front drive, there beside the sidewalk was this open pit with five small 1/2x5/8 water meters. The dials were running like crazy. I'm really not sure what they fed. It couldn't have been the resort. I think the water meter name was something like "Cicaro". I failed to write it down. |

CSS is marketing the Tracer Wire Terminator (TWT). This device is used around a valve box to terminate the trace wire. The ends are totally encapsulated which keeps the signal within the wire and not to the ground. CSS will be happy to forward upon request information regarding this patented device and its inventor who is from Paducah. CSS showed this device at the KWWOA (KY WATER & WASTEWATER OPERATORS ASSOC) annual conference in Owensboro, KY 3/20 and 3/21/06 and got some excellent feedback.
